Christel House South Africa is primarily a Junior and High School serving 750 students from grade R to 12. Academic facilities include 24 classrooms, a large assembly hall, three computer labs, two music rooms, and an art room. However, as part of its holistic education model to serve severely impoverished students, its campus also includes a clinic (with two permanent nursing staff), a social services department (with two counsellors and two social workers), a large cafeteria (providing daily meals), a college & careers department (providing career-planning and guidance), and a transport department (offering safe daily transport to school and back for its 750 students). The school also boasts two large sports fields, a boardroom and ample parking space for large events. All Christel House’s classrooms and meeting venues are fitted with audio-visual equipment with fibre access.
