The Faculty of Informatics and Design at the Cape Peninsula University of Technology is pleased to announce the hosting of the 2020 South African Institute for Computer Scientists and Information Technologists (SAICSIT) conference. It will take place from the 14th to the 16th of September. The theme is Interfacing with Digital Africa.

SAICSIT has supported local education, research and development in computing and information technology (IT) for over forty years. Its annual conference typically attracts academics and practitioners from Southern Africa, along with a number of prominent international scholars. In addition, many Masters and PhD students attend the doctoral consortium. SAICSIT is also coupled with an AISSAC seminar on the first day.
